(13-Adult) Unique combination of Chinese gungfu and Indonesian pentjak silat offers a modern hybrid of the fighting arts. Focus is on exercises, forms, solo drills, weapons and body conditioning. This is a non-contact class. Please bring a water bottle and towel to class. Class takes place outdoors so it is strongly recommended you wear sunscreen and bring a hat. Social distancing recommendations will be followed.
