Get the full run down of each subject from start to finish and then head out into the park to see what we can collect and identify. Long pants and sturdy walking shoes are encouraged.
Today's topic is snake species of the Pohick Stream Valley forest biome. We will search the pond/creek edge, forest, and open breaks where meadow-like conditions occur. It will be catch and release with proper identification.
