(6-Adult) Introduction to authentic Chinese martial arts focuses on proper stances, basic blocking and kicking skill development and introductory tan tui forms. Foundational kung fu exercises and drills strengthen the body and enhance mental acuity, flexibility, balance and physical well-being. Basic stance and form testing is required to progress to the next level.
