(13-Adult) Learn reality-based self-defense using Krav Maga, a fighting system known for its extreme effectiveness and efficiency with techniques sourced from MMA, boxing, wrestling, aikido and judo. In this Esteem Defense Krav Maga class students practice de-escalating situations, movements, stances, striking and releasing techniques all designed to help you survive potentially life-threatening situations.
