Join Metro Movement and learn jumps, arm motions, cheers and a dance routine from former NFL, NBA and collegiate cheerleaders as well as floor, beam, bars and vault gymnastics skills from USA Gymnastics Instructors. Bring lunch, drink and swimsuit/towel daily for an afternoon swim break. Camp requires signed waiver on the first day. No camp Jan. 1.
