(13-Adult) This class focuses on strategies to lose weight and increase physical activity for the purpose of diabetes prevention. Class curriculum is based on CDC recognized research-based prevention programs. Class involves a group discussion and a physical activity portion each week. This class makes the biggest difference with people who are pre-diabetic but is open to everyone.
