(13-Adult) This foundational/transitional class offers additional staff supervision and support to help students with disabilities develop basic skating skills. Lessons begin with skaters working off ice to develop skills before moving to the ice. Helmets and gloves are required.

(6-Adult) Open to students currently enrolled in adapted skating classes. Welcome back the Mount Vernon Ice Rink's Winter Recital! We are excited to offer our Learn to Skate and Competitive Skaters an opportunity to perform. Skaters will learn a group number choreographed by our coaches during this 5-week series. In order to participate, skaters must be available for every practice and the Show. The Holiday Recital will take place on Saturday, December 19th at 3:00pm. Please sign up for the appropriate group based on your current class enrollment. Skaters will provide basic costumes as organized by their instructor. Family and friends are invited to attend the Holiday Recital. Price includes show participation fee.
