(5-11 yrs.) Using Tinkercad, Baroody campers will dive into 3D design and printing, learning engineering, product design, and creative problem-solving. They’ll build complex objects, tackle design challenges, and preview creations in augmented reality before printing.

(7-14 yrs.) In this Moonlit Wings camp, kids take center stage to star in original scenes and sing and dance to popular radio hits by today’s pop stars and legendary icons. Campers also explore improvisation games, character creation and a talent show while building imagination, storytelling skills, and teamwork. All experience levels welcome. Bring swimsuit/towel for afternoon swim break.

(10-14 yrs.) Using a custom mod called “Computercraft”, campers program robots called “Turtles” inside the world of Minecraft. Join CyberTeck instructors to use problem-solving skills by learning how to program robots to complete various tasks and objectives such as programming their turtles to automatically build, mine, and craft items and structures. Program if-then-else statements, for-while loops, and implement functions using Lua.

(5-8 yrs.) Join The Science Seed to learn about different types of seashores and dive deeper into beaches. Campers will learn about what the plants and animals are that are washed up on the beach, explore real specimens and have fun building sandcastles. Free play, playground time, story time, and more fills out this fun camp day.

(6-12 yrs.) Players learn the fundamental skills of basketball and flag football. Develop a love for both sports as camp includes confidence building drills and matches incorporating skills learned. Activities include dribble tag, hot seat and ultimate knockout. Bring lunch, drink and swimsuit/towel for afternoon swim break.

(7-12 yrs.) Using LEGO WeDo 2.0, campers will explore the exciting world of water-themed robotics as they build and program their own creations with Baroody Camps. From dams and other structures to sea creatures, campers will bring their aquatic ideas to life, while developing STEM and computer science skills, including the ability to understand the functions of sequencing, debugging, and loops.

(5-12 yrs.) Campers will dive hands-on into building and programming their robots using LEGO® WeDo kits and Baroody instructors. Bring to life a hopping frog, a daring rescue helicopter, or an adventurous moon rover. As campers tinker and create, they’ll learn the magic behind motors, hubs, and sensors, and explore the vast universe of computer science with concepts like sequencing, debugging, and loops.

(7-12 yrs.) Using the powerful and fun FL Studio Mobile app, campers will dive into the world of electronic music production with Baroody instructors to learn the fundamentals of building drumbeats, writing melodies, and structuring their own songs from scratch. No prior musical experience is necessary—just a passion for music and a readiness to create. Each camper will produce their own original track to share with family and friends.

(6-12 yrs.) What skills did early settlers need to survive when Fairfax was still a frontier country? Learn how they adapted to create a new way of life through fire making, animal tracking, shelter-building, and foraging for edible plants.

(6-13 yrs.) Two camps in one with Stemtree. Explore a wide range of concepts from electricity to electronics with hands-on activities and experiments. Robots inspire young engineers to learn skills and apply science knowledge in computer programming, model construction, circuits and problem-solving.

(10-14 yrs yrs.) Powered by the LEGO® MINDSTORMS® Education Ev3 Base Set and Software, combine the exciting world of LEGO® with programming to manipulate and program your own personal robot. Configure different sensors that track motion, light, & touch to create the ultimate robot. CyberTeck campers work together as a small team of young engineers to build and program their designs.

(6-9 yrs.) Powered by the LEGO® Education WeDo Base Set and Software, combine the exciting world of LEGO® with programming to manipulate and program your own personal robots. Tailored to younger campers who want to learn the basics of visual programming. CyberTeck campers learn the importance of teamwork by working together to accomplish the build assignment for the day.

(7-13 yrs.) US9 Softball offers an instructional softball camp designed to teach both fundamentals and advanced skills. In addition to daily scrimmage games and trivia contests, all campers receive instruction on pitching, hitting, baserunning, fielding, game situations, rules and sportsmanship. Groups and teams will be created by age and/or prior experience with a goal to build camper confidence.

(6-14 yrs.) Love the Ball Soccer channels that global excitement into unforgettable summer camp. Campers won’t just play soccer—they’ll celebrate it.
