(6-13 yrs.) Campers explore the exciting world of Artificial Intelligence by designing and building AI-powered mobile apps. They learn how AI recognizes images, understands speech, and makes intelligent decisions. In coding, campers learn how to code their own games, animations, and interactive stories using Scratch. Stemtree’s Science Explorer Camp sparks curiosity and deepens students’ appreciation for science through engaging and hands-on learning experiences. No camp December 24, 25 and January 1.

(6-13 yrs.) Explore electricity and electronics, with hands-on activities and experiments, introducing campers to the field of engineering with Stemtree. Campers will then code in either Python or Scratch based on their grade levels. Previous participants will continue learning new STEM concepts. No camp December 24 and 25.

(6-12 yrs.) Create an interactive narrative that expands beyond screen and the page with STEM exCEL. Learn the fundamentals of game design, programming, art and design basics, all while crafting an engaging comic book story that students will be able to create and play. Campers leave with a digital copy of their work. No camp December 24 and 25.

(6-10 yrs.) Travel back to the Jurassic era in this hands-on STEM adventure powered by LEGO®! Guided by our enthusiastic Play-Well instructors, young builders will return to the age of dinosaurs, using LEGO® to bring the time of the dinosaurs to life. Design and engineer secure habitats for gentle herbivores, embark on daring expeditions to track down elusive species, and uncover the secrets of powerful predator dinosaurs. No camp December 24 and 25.

(6-12 yrs.) Robots inspire campers to learn engineering and apply their basic science, model construction, computer programming, problem-solving skills, and knowledge to explore STEM concepts. Spark curiosity and deepen appreciation for science through engaging and hands-on learning experiences. Stemtree curriculum empowers campers to become confident scientific thinkers by exploring the core principles of science. Previous participants will continue learning new STEM concepts.

(5-8 yrs) Discover the solar system with The Science Seed. Campers will learn about the planets, orbiting, day and night and how shadows form. Space related crafts, games, free play, playground time, and story time completes the day. 

(6-12 yrs.) Join STEM exCEL to learn the fundamentals of programming, art and level design to create a video game from the ground up. Using a game engine with integrated art software while learning programming and design basics, campers have the freedom to create a product that is truly their own. Students will have the chance to showcase their work to their classmates and share ideas. Campers leave with a digital copy of their work. No camp January 1.

(6-12 yrs.) STEM exCEL Campers will use programming fundamentals to design and implement complex Minecraft in-game commands. Hands-on activities will take place at the beginning of camp that introduce vital concepts then use the easy drag-and-drop interface to create programs, solve problems and design games. Campers will learn functions, variables, and conditionals. Campers leave with a digital copy of their work. No camp December 24 and 25.

(6-12 yrs.) Stemtree campers will code in either Python or Scratch based on their grade levels. Scratch is a highly visual programming language suitable for younger students. Python is one of the most popular programming languages used in data sciences and machine learning. Robots inspire campers to learn engineering, apply basic science, model construction, computer programming, problem-solving skills and knowledge to explore STEM concepts. Previous participants will continue learning new STEM concepts. No camp December 24 and 25.

(6-12 yrs.) Learn important problem-solving and design skills by using block coding and programming in Scratch to create your own 2D game. Using your skills you will utilize the more advanced Roblox Studio to create your own 3D game. STEM exCEL campers will learn how to build complex creations and compare the mechanics of a 2D game to a 3D game. Campers leave with a digital copy of their work.

(6-12 yrs.) Design, build and program LEGO® Mindstorms EV3 robots with STEM exCEL. Apply engineering concepts and advanced sensor programming skills to perfect design and solve a variety of challenges. Use Minecraft’s Redstone material to explore the fundamentals of electronics and circuitry. Learn functions, variables and conditionals by using Redstone blocks to build constructs in your Minecraft world. no camp January 1.

(6-10 yrs.) Start your engines with tens of thousands of LEGO® parts as you dive into the vast world of vehicles. Build and design an array of exciting machines, traversing land, sea, and air, with the assistance of experienced Play-Well instructors. Learn about the engineering principles behind motors, gears, and everything that vrooms and zooms!

(6-10 yrs.) Design and build your way through the animal kingdom, from sea to safari, using tens of thousands of LEGO® parts. With the guidance of an experienced Play-Well instructor, you’ll recreate diverse habitats while crafting animals in their natural surroundings.

(6-12 yrs.) Engage young tech-enthusiasts with two cutting-edge, 3D technologies for a unique learning experience in this STEM exCEL camp. Design, create and print 3D objects. Build your own video game utilizing integrated art software while learning programming and design basics. Campers get 3D prints and digital files of their creations. No camp January 1.
