(7-14 yrs.) In this Moonlit Wings camp, kids take center stage to star in original scenes and sing and dance to popular radio hits by today’s pop stars and legendary icons. Campers also explore improvisation games, character creation and a talent show while building imagination, storytelling skills, and teamwork. All experience levels welcome. Bring swimsuit/towel for afternoon swim break.

(7-14 yrs.) Young performers in this Moonlit Wings camp take a magical journey to the Emerald City with original scenes, songs, and games inspired by Wicked, The Wizard of Oz, and Harry Potter. Campers explore character creation, improv and a talent show while sharpening acting and singing skills and bringing spellbinding stories to life. All experience levels welcome. Bring swimsuit/towel for afternoon swim break.

(10-14 yrs.) CyberTeck campers will learn how animators work by creating short animation projects while applying basic acting theories and animation principles to scenes they create. This group of older campers will learn about more advanced features to create greater realism in projects with a larger scope. No prior experience required.

(6-13 yrs.) Campers will create textured fall trees and watercolor autumn landscapes in addition to exploring other art mediums.

(7-17 yrs.) Practice and perform as part of a real rock band on the instrument of your choice. Bands receive coaching from professional musicians to learn, record, and perform. Depending on the skill level of the students, bands are encouraged to write their own songs or pick from our 400+ popular arrangements. No music experience required.

(6-12 yrs.) Enjoy the best sports and PE games ever invented. Baroody campers will chose from knockout, extreme kickball, handball, capture the flag, modified dodgeball, ultimate frisbee, floor hockey and soccer. Campers will be motivated to compete with high effort and a positive attitude towards self and others.

(5-6 yrs.) This US9 camp will introduce skills such as throwing, catching, fielding, hitting and baserunning. Camp consists of attention-grabbing, short sessions of skill-related activities using batting drills, safety balls, bean bags and targets.

(7-12 yrs.) US9 Baseball offers an instructional camp designed to teach both fundamentals and advanced skills. In addition to daily scrimmage games and trivia contests, all campers receive instruction on pitching, hitting, baserunning, fielding, game situations, rules and sportsmanship. Rec Center camps may include afternoon swim break.

(6-12 yrs.) This unique One on One camp focuses on two sports each day to improve camper’s skills. Work on fundamentals with drills and contests before playing regular games. Camp will be held outdoors as much as possible. Campers should bring a swimsuit/towel for afternoon swim time if pool is available.

(6-12 yrs.) Join One on One Basketball for a unique camp where focus includes basketball and other sports such as soccer, kickball, fun ball and flag tag. Camp includes an afternoon swim break.

(7-14 yrs.) Brazilian United Soccer provides experienced international coaches who specialize in unique player development. Campers will enhance their skills through technical, tactical, and small-sided games. Tailored to various age groups and skill levels, the #BeyondSoccer approach, combined with authentic Brazilian soccer techniques, offers transformative experiences. 

(5-12 yrs.) Young chefs will chop, mix, whisk, and taste their way through four delicious global recipes in this hands-on, nut-free and allergy-friendly Sticky Fingers adventure. We’ll also add a fun food-themed craft or science activity for extra flavor.

(6-13 yrs.) This Silver Knights camp has taught chess to more than 100,000 children including national champions. This one-day camp is for advanced players to sharpen their skills or beginners who want to learn the game. Campers will learn the rules, openings, tactics, strategy, endgames, while playing games and taking outdoor breaks. 

(10-14 yrs.) Using a custom mod called “Computercraft”, campers program robots called “Turtles” inside the world of Minecraft. Join CyberTeck instructors to use problem-solving skills by learning how to program robots to complete various tasks and objectives such as programming their turtles to automatically build, mine, and craft items and structures. Program if-then-else statements, for-while loops, and implement functions using Lua.

(5-11 yrs) This camp focuses on a range of breakfast treats, from quick and simple to the more elaborate and exciting. Campers will master the art of cracking eggs, mixing, and baking, turning them into breakfast champions with Baroody instructors.

(5-11 yrs.) Each day will feature a sweet treat that goes perfectly with dinner and one savory dish that’s sure to become a family favorite! Join Baroody Camps to learn new baking skills like creaming, whisking and melting plus cooking skills such as stewing, stir-frying and sautéing.

(6-13 yrs.) Campers will create a thankful windchime out of paper cups and yarn, as well as make some fun fall-themed creations

(6-12 yrs.) Baroody campers will learn choreography and movement using some of today’s most popular songs. Arts and crafts will also be incorporated as campers decorate props and shirts. Performances included at the end of the last camp day.

(7-12 yrs.) Using the innovative Procreate software, campers will master digital brush strokes, transitioning smoothly from sketching and painting to fine detailing in this Baroody camp. Traditional art concepts will be blended with the arsenal of a digital medium. Each camp will produce a unique art project that can be proudly displayed at home.

(6-12 yrs.) Which animal will be elected President of the Kidwell Farm Yard? Campers will meet and learn about the farm animal candidates, create a campaign with posters and buttons, write a speech and hold and election to get a farm animal elected. the winner will pardon a turkey for Thanksgiving. Campers should bring snack, water and lunch.

(6-12 yrs.) Stemtree curriculum empowers campers to become confident scientific thinkers by exploring the core principles of science with hands-on experiences. Campers will code in either Python or Scratch based on their grade levels. Scratch is a highly visual programming language suitable for younger students. Python is one of the most popular programming languages used in data sciences and machine learning. Previous participants will continue learning new STEM concepts.

(5-8 yrs.) Campers will learn about pizza and where all the ingredients come from with The Science Seed. They will experiment with yeast and make their own dough and pizzas. Free play, playground time, story time, and more fills out the day.

(6-13 yrs.) Campers will create keepsakes including handprint art, and fun seasonal artwork inspired by autumn.

(6-12 yrs.) Players learn the fundamental skills of basketball and flag football. Develop a love for both sports as camp includes confidence building drills and matches incorporating skills learned. Activities include dribble tag, hot seat and ultimate knockout. Bring lunch, drink and swimsuit/towel for afternoon swim break.

(6-9 yrs.) Get your creative juices flowing in this project- based program. Identify the need for an invention, think on your feet, and create structures and solutions. Campers will join SPARK Business Academy to learn about famous inventors and how recent innovations improve our lives.

(6-12 yrs.) In this STEM exCEL camp, programming fundamentals will be taught to design and implement large-scale Minecraft modifications. Campers will engage in hands-on activities then will transition to easy to use drag-and-drop interface to create programs, solve problems and design games. Next, campers will learn functions, variables and conditionals.

(7-12 yrs.) Using the FL Studio Mobile app, campers will dive into the world of electronic music production with Baroody instructors. Learn the fundamentals of building drumbeats, writing melodies, and structuring songs from scratch. No prior musical experience is necessary. Each camper will produce their own original track to share with family and friends.

(6-9 yrs.) Campers become "lemonade entrepreneurs" and learn how to make lemonade and earn money selling it with SPARK Business Academy. Design marketing flyers, estimate profits and experiment with recipes.

(10-14 yrs.) Step into the wild with Baroody Outside, where kids with a passion for the outdoors will explore nature's wonders. Camp may include orienteering or hiking adventures.

(6-12 yrs.) What skills did early settlers need to survive when Fairfax was still a frontier country? Learn how they adapted to create a new way of life through fire making, animal tracking, shelter-building, and foraging for edible plants.

Python is one of the most popular programming languages used in data sciences and machine learning. Robots inspire campers to learn engineering, apply basic science, model construction, computer programming, problem-solving skills and knowledge to explore STEM concepts. Previous participants will continue learning new STEM concepts. No camp December 24 and 25.

(10-14 yrs yrs.) Powered by the LEGO® MINDSTORMS® Education Ev3 Base Set and Software, combine the exciting world of LEGO® with programming to manipulate and program your own personal robot. Configure different sensors that track motion, light, & touch to create the ultimate robot. CyberTeck campers work together as a small team of young engineers to build and program their designs.
