(11-14 yrs.) Learn skills and techniques used by lifeguards to help you prepare for future certification. (FCPA lifeguards receive formal training at age 15). Campers are introduced to CPR, first aid and rescue techniques. Participants must be able to swim 100 yards and tread water for one minute. No camp July 3.
