Friday Golf, Fitness & Fun (Adults)

(Adults) Work off the blues at Pinecrest's renovated indoor golf facility with Golf, Fitness, & Fun. Start the clinic with our TrackMan 4 golf simulator session followed by a Yoga and Golf Fitness session focusing on posture and breathing to improve your game. After the clinic, enjoy light refreshments to round out the evening.


Get Golf Ready I (13-Adult)

(13-Adult) This PGA-developed class introduces game fundamentals to new golfers. Grip, stance, set up and ball position are taught for putting, chipping and iron play along with hitting tee shots with hybrids and woods. A basic knowledge of golf equipment is included. Range balls are included in the class fee, and loaner clubs are available. Final class is held on the golf course.


Get Golf Ready Parent/Child I (7-17 yrs)

(7-17 yrs) This course covers grip, posture, ball position, alignment, chipping, putting and full-swing fundamentals. Course orientation, etiquette, rules and basic understanding of equipment are also covered. Classes at Pinecrest are held indoors during inclement weather. Parent participates in class with registered child.


Golf-Junior Long Game Lessons (7-12 yrs)

(7-12 yrs) Course focuses on the clubs used in the long game such as irons, hybrids, fairway woods and drivers. Range balls are included in the class fee and loaner clubs are available.


Golf-Ladies Long Game (13-Adult)

(13-Adult) Course focuses on the clubs used in the long game such as irons, hybrids, fairway woods and drivers. Range balls are in the class fee and loaner clubs are available.

Golf-Recovery/Trouble Shots (13-Adult)

(13-Adult) Prerequisite: Beginner Golf Ready or equivalent. Lessons focus on proper setup, club selection and recovering from trouble situations in addition to course management. Burke Lake uses uneven ramps on its heated, covered driving range to simulate course conditions.


Golf-Wedge & Short Irons (13-Adult)

(13-Adult) Course focuses on improving shots that will lower your score such as pitch shots, flop shots, 60 yards and in, as well as the distances for each shot type. Range balls are included in the class fee and loaner clubs are available.


Junior Get Golf Ready I (7-12 yrs)

(7-12 yrs) This PGA-developed class introduces students to golf in a fun and friendly environment. Class focuses on fundamentals and step-by-step drills. Topics include grip, stance, target and balance. Range balls are included in the class fee and loaner clubs are available.


Ladies Get Golf Ready I (13-Adult)

(13-Adult) This ladies-only class is taught by a golf teaching professional and introduces game fundamentals to new golfers. Grip, stance, set up and ball position are taught for putting, chipping and irons along with hitting tee shots with hybrids and woods. A basic knowledge of golf equipment is included. Range balls are included in the class fee and loaner clubs are available. Final class is held on the golf course. ~


SNAG II (5-7 yrs)

(5-7 yrs) Prerequisite: SNAG I. Students review and expand upon fundamentals learned in SNAG I using additional training aids to reinforce proper technique. All equipment is provided and athletic shoes are recommended.


SNAG III (5-7 yrs)

(5-7 yrs) Prerequisite: SNAG II. Students apply skills learned in SNAG II while playing simulated golf holes. Lessons focus on proper club selection, swing dynamics, scoring and course etiquette. All equipment is provided and athletic shoes are recommended.


Starting New at Golf (SNAG) (5-7 yrs)

(5-7 yrs) Course covers basic golf elements in a modified form for kids. Children have fun using larger and more colorful clubs to increase confidence and coordination. All equipment is provided. Athletic shoes are recommended. Classes at Pinecrest are held indoors.


TrackMan 4 Intro (13-Adult)

(13-Adult) Learn state-of-the-art TrackMan 4 simulator basics at Pinecrest Golf Course in a small, group setting. TrackMan 4 boasts tour-graded technology, instant club delivery, launch, ball flight and landing feedback.
