Aikido & Self Defense I (6-12 yrs)

(6-12 yrs) Japanese concept of circular motion to neutralize an attacker's power by moving with it. Defense against grabbing, choking and striking attacks are covered. Emphasis is on techniques that are effective without causing serious or permanent injury to the attacker.

Esteem Defense Krav Maga is a reality-based self-defense system that equips kids with the tools to survive and thrive in situations of conflict. Students learn leadership, discipline, decision-making and how to manage conflict, while building confidence, strength and overall fitness. Basic combative skills such as striking, blocking and escaping are taught through fun and dynamic games relevant to self-defense and Krav Maga training.
