(All Ages) Step inside historic Oak Hill, one of the oldest homes in Fairfax County, on Friday, September 25, from 4 to 7 p.m. During this annual open house, visitors are invited to journey back in time and explore the rich history that helped shape our community. Tour the beautifully preserved home, then hear from Oak Hill historians and experts about the people, stories, and architectural features that make this landmark so unique. Guests can also join the Northern Virginia Conservation Trust for a guided walk through the property's gardens, featuring historic boxwood trees and other notable landscape elements. The Oak Hill Open House is made possible in partnership with the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors, Fairfax County Park Foundation and Northern Virginia Conservation Trust.
