(16-Adult) In this program, learn the basics of using plants from the garden to make oils, tinctures and vinegars. Learn how different infusions extract different properties from the plants and how plants have been used in traditional medicines for healing and strengthening the immune system. Participants will go home with one tincture, one vinegar and one oil.
