Adapted Sports and Fitness (13-Adult)

(13-Adult) Designed for participants with mild intellectual disabilities who can participate in a class with a 4:1 ratio. Learn safe and proper sports skills while enjoying the benefits of fitness conditioning and teamwork through a variety of activities such as beach ball volleyball, sports and games and outdoor activities.


All Sports Camp with Alpha Sports (7-11 yrs)

(7-11 yrs.) Learn the fundamentals of multiple sports including football, volleyball, soccer, baseball, track and lacrosse with Alpha Sports. Campers are grouped by age and enjoy participating in scrimmages and tournaments.


Aqua Adventures (7-12 yrs)

(7-12 yrs.) A great camp for high-level swimmers. Activities include water safety, swim clinics, water relays and water sports like volleyball and basketball. Campers also enjoy out-of-pool games/activities. Prerequisite: child must be able to swim 25 yards unassisted, pass a swim test, be comfortable in deep water and tread water for two minutes. Bring at least two swimsuits, two towels, snacks, lunch, and water bottle. No camp June 19 and July 3. FCPS last day of school June 17.


Baroody Kiddie Sports Camp (3-5 yrs.)

(3-5 yrs.) Young campers are introduced to sports skills through games that enhance running, throwing, catching and teamwork in this Baroody camp. Other activities are included plus time for a lunch break. Pack a water bottle and bag lunch. Campers must be potty-trained and 3 years old by the first day of camp.


Baroody Sports & PE Games (6-12 yrs)

(6-12 yrs.) Enjoy the best sports and PE games ever invented. Baroody campers will chose from knockout, extreme kickball, handball, capture the flag, modified dodgeball, ultimate frisbee, floor hockey and soccer. Campers will be motivated to compete with high effort and a positive attitude towards self and others.


Baseball Camp with US9 (7-12 yrs)

(7-12 yrs.) US9 Baseball offers an instructional camp designed to teach both fundamentals and advanced skills. In addition to daily scrimmage games and trivia contests, all campers receive instruction on pitching, hitting, baserunning, fielding, game situations, rules and sportsmanship. Rec Center camps include afternoon swim break, if available. No camp June 19 and July 3.

(7-12 yrs.) US9 Baseball offers an instructional camp designed to teach both fundamentals and advanced skills. Rec Center camps may include afternoon swim break.

(6-12 yrs.) This unique One on One camp focuses on two sports each day to improve camper’s skills. Work on fundamentals with drills and contests before playing regular games. Camp will be held outdoors as much as possible. Campers should bring a swimsuit/towel for afternoon swim time if pool is available.


Basketball & Sports Camp (6-12 yrs)

(6-12 yrs.) Join One on One Basketball where the focus is basketball and other team sports each day. Campers play soccer, kickball, hand ball and capture the flag. Camp will be held outdoors as much as possible. Rec Center camp locations include an afternoon swim break. No camp June 19.


Basketball & Sports MiniCamp (6-12 yrs)

(6-12 yrs.) Join One on One Basketball for a unique camp where focus includes basketball and other sports such as soccer, kickball, fun ball and flag tag. Camp includes an afternoon swim break.


Beginning Athletes (6-12 yrs) by Vendor

In this high-energy class, kids are introduced to a variety of sports and activities each week including soccer, basketball and flag football.

(6-14 yrs.) SOCCER & SWIMMING: This unique One on One camp focuses on two sports each day to improve camper’s skills. Work on fundamentals with drills and contests before playing regular games. Camp will be held outdoors as much as possible. Bring a swimsuit/towel daily.


eSports Class (11-17 yrs.)

(11-17 yrs.) In this interactive gaming class gamers are in a classroom setting where they can learn and gain tips from others plus receive coaching on strategic game play. Participants will make new friends, have fun playing games and feel safe in an inclusive environment. This session features the Nintendo Switch platform with various games.


Flag Football (6-8 yrs.) by Vendor

(6-8 yrs.) Students learn the fundamentals of football in an upbeat and engaging environment. Focus is on throwing, catching, and route running, as well as offensive and defensive positional techniques. Learn to compete in a positive sports environment while developing teamwork and sportsmanship.

(5-7 yrs.) Floor hockey is an action packed game where players move constantly. Students learn hockey basics and how to compete as a team with high effort and sportsmanship in this Baroody Camps class. Each class begins with lead-up games and skill building and ends with a game.

(7-11 yrs.) Floor hockey is an action-packed game where boys and girls move constantly. Baroody campers will learn the basics of hockey and will learn to compete as a team with high effort and sportsmanship. Each day will end with full games but will begin with lead-up games and skill building to help them hone skills that translate across all sports. No camp July 3.


Foundational Soccer Skills Camp (6-12yrs)

(6-12 yrs.) Challenger Sports team of international and US-based staff helps improve your camper's technical foundational skills while providing a unique cultural experience. Rooted in British training methodology, this curriculum and coaching foundation meets engaging delivery for an all-around positive experience. Soccer ball and Jersey Included. Sign up to host a coach and receive a free week on camp. Rec Center campers bring swimsuit/towel for afternoon swim break. No camp June 19 and July 3.


Gym Jam w/Parent (2-3 yrs)

(2-3 yrs) A fun introduction to fitness through creative up-beat exercises and sports related skills with an emphasis on team play and group interaction. Parent participation is required.
