Adapted Sports and Fitness (13-Adult)

(13-Adult) Designed for participants with mild intellectual disabilities who can participate in a class with a 4:1 ratio. Learn safe and proper sports skills while enjoying the benefits of fitness conditioning and teamwork through a variety of activities such as beach ball volleyball, sports and games and outdoor activities.


Basketball & Sports Winter Camp (6-12 yrs.)

(6-12 yrs.) A combination of positive, energetic and fundamentals-based coaching while maximizing the fun of real game action daily. Learn and refine skills with One on One Basketball coaches. Rec Center campers should bring a swimsuit/towel for afternoon pool time if available. No camp December 24, 25 and January 1.


Beginning Athletes (6-12 yrs) by Vendor

In this high-energy class, kids are introduced to a variety of sports and activities each week including soccer, basketball and flag football.

Beginning Athletes in Team Sports 4-5 by Vendor

(4-5 yrs.) This high-energy class introduces kids to a variety of sports including soccer, basketball and flag football, and an assortment of other activities. Kids will learn new sports and teamwork.


eSports Class (11-17 yrs.)

(11-17 yrs.) In this interactive gaming class gamers are in a classroom setting where they can learn and gain tips from others plus receive coaching on strategic game play. Participants will make new friends, have fun playing games and feel safe in an inclusive environment. This session features the Nintendo Switch platform with various games.


Flag Football (12-14 yrs.) by Vendor

(12-14 yrs.) Students learn the fundamentals of football in an upbeat and engaging environment. Focus in on throwing, catching, and route running, as well as offensive and defensive positional techniques. Learn to compete in a positive sports environment while developing teamwork and sportsmanship.

Fun Games & Sports Camp (5-8 yrs.)

(5-8 yrs.) This One on One camp will introduce kids to both classic playground games and popular sports games. Kids will learn basic fundamentals before playing daily games. This is a great way for your kids to spend days off from school. No camp December 24 and 25.


Gym Jam (3-5 yrs)

(3-5 yrs) A fun introduction to fitness through creative up-beat exercises and sports-related skills with an emphasis on team play and group interaction.


Gym Jam w/Parent (2-3 yrs.) by Vendor

(2-3 yrs) A fun introduction to fitness through creative up-beat exercises and sports related skills with an emphasis on team play and group interaction. Parent participation is required.


Home School Sports & PE by Vendor (7-11 yrs.)

For young home schooled children, this class provides a fun environment for learning specific skills through sports, physical education and interaction with like-minded peers, fostering a sense of community inside the encouragement of exercise. This program offers homeschooling parents an opportunity to prevent burnout by incorporating short, quiet free times, scheduling longer "off" hours or adjusting their academic calendars.


Indoor Small Group Pickleball I by Vendor 15+

(15-Adult) Bounce-Boom Racquet Sports uses innovative teaching techniques focused on eye tracking, movement and ball striking skills in a fun learning environment with a low student to instructor ratio. These key skills minimize errors, boost consistency and help you learn quicker. Level 1 players learn the fundamentals, scoring and develop a lifelong love of the game. Student-Instructor ratio 5:1.


Indoor Small Group Pickleball II by Vendor 15+

(15-Adult) Bounce-Boom Racquet Sports uses innovative teaching techniques focused on eye tracking, movement and ball striking skills in a fun learning environment with a low student to instructor ratio. These key skills minimize errors, boost consistency and help you learn quicker. Level 2 players learn important match-play skills that will improve results in open play and tournaments. Student-Instructor ratio 5:1.


Indoor Small Group Pickleball III by Vendor 15+

(15-Adult) Bounce-Boom Racquet Sports uses innovative teaching techniques focused on eye tracking, movement and ball striking skills in a fun learning environment with a low student to instructor ratio. These key skills minimize errors, boost consistency and help you learn quicker. Level 3 players will increase power and accuracy while learning advanced match-play techniques and tactics. Student-Instructor ratio 5:1.


Mini-Hawk Camp (4-6 yrs.)

(4-6 yrs.) Embark on an adventure with Skyhawks Mini-Hawk where younger campers can explore a variety of sports. Mini-Hawk programs offer a fun, structured learning environment while enhancing balance and coordination. Campers improve athletically while learning sportsmanship and teamwork. Perfect for a playful introduction to athletics! No camp January 1.


Stem & Play: Multi-Sport Camp (7-12 yrs)

(7-12 yrs.) Combine strategic STEM-based activities with traditional Skyhawks sports instruction and a focus on life skills such as teamwork and sportsmanship. The STEM Sports® curriculum allows campers to get behind the sports they love with modules centered around technology, science and innovation. Subjects vary by sport, but include ball design, calculating distances and angles, velocity and acceleration. Participants learn the fundamentals of each sport through skill-based drills and scrimmages.


Total Sports MiniCamp (6-13 yrs)- Winter

(6-13 yrs.) In this camp directed by Coach Rich, play a variety of sports such as basketball, flag football, soccer and track in this fast-paced, high-energy camp. Appropriate for boys and girls of all skill/experience levels. Camp includes a daily swim break. No camp December 24 & 25.
