(All Ages) Join your naturalist for a personal walking tour along the Old Oak Trail for up to 9 members of any age in your family group. Select a scheduled date or one of your own! Celebrate a birthday or just the end of the week! Enjoy the beauty and changes of the spring woodland. Spring is when the pond abounds with amphibian eggs, tadpoles and insect life. Challenge your naturalist guide with as many questions as you’d like and chat about your nature interests and experiences. Tour will include visiting with one live animal of your choice--toad, turtle or snake. For additional dates and times including evenings with nocturnal animal focus— kim.young@fairfaxcounty.gov. Registration is for entire family (up to 9 members including at least one adult) and closes 3 days before each date.
