Due to lightning strikes, a centerpiece tree had to be felled to protect the nature center. Join us in raising awareness and fund to convert a 10 ft. tulip poplar snag into a work of art! Chainsaw artist Andrew Mellon shares his vision of woodland animals scampering around a snag at this family festival celebrating natural animal habitats. Enjoy a guided hike and puppet show and contribute towards the tree carving fund with soap whittling, tree cookie art and animal meet and greets.
