(13-Adult) Learn how to use 3D printing to make ghosts, pumpkins and other decorations for Halloween to delight guests and trick or treaters. This class is for those that have taken 3D printing basics or have a working knowledge of TinkerCAD. Learn the steps needed to create your own Halloween designs. There will be two classes of two hours on consecutive weekends. We will print one design per person which will be available for pick up at the rec center one week after the second class. Bring a laptop and a mouse. $15 materials fee.

(6-13 yrs.) Campers will create textured fall trees and watercolor autumn landscapes in addition to exploring other art mediums.

(Adults) Welcome the first night of fall with a pleasant evening tour of the park at sunset. Learn about common wildlife in the marsh and where to find them.

(5-12 yrs.) Stretch your creativity as you create animal masterpieces out of natural materials gathered around the park. The only limit is your imagination.

(5-Adult) Hike through the fall foliage and identify trees. Find that perfect autumn leaf and make a craft keepsake.

(4-Adult) Join a naturalist for a night of learning about the beauty of our local bats. It's time to clear these flying mammals' good name and understand how helpful they are to humans. The program will involve not only talking about bats, but also looking and listening for nearby bats.

(16-Adult) Autumn is a lovely time to be outside searching for fall wildflowers, berries, seeds, insects and spiders. Go on a half hour hike in search of fall signs. Learn some tips for drawing insects and plants. Then create your own fall sampler using photos, live plants and animal artifacts using your choice of colored pencil or watercolor. Dress for the weather.

(6-12 yrs.) Which animal will be elected President of the Kidwell Farm Yard? Campers will meet and learn about the farm animal candidates, create a campaign with posters and buttons, write a speech and hold and election to get a farm animal elected. the winner will pardon a turkey for Thanksgiving. Campers should bring snack, water and lunch.

(10-Adult) Join us for a hike and learn how to draw a beautiful autumn scene.

Family Skate night! Come skate and enjoy a variety of music from our guest DJ! Admission fee is per person and covers admission for skaters and non-skaters. $10 in advance or at the door. Remember to bring your own skates.

(16-Adult) Create an eye-catching succulent plant and pumpkin arrangement with dried flower details. Mix balance, scale, proportion and contrast to add flair to your fall decor. Your guests will be impressed with this conversation piece. Please register for the program and supply fee.

(16-Adult) Join our Horticulture Manager on a walk around the gardens and learn about the behind-the-scenes work. Tour the central gardens focusing on the vibrant asters, salvias and ornamental grasses.
