Equine Nutrition Expert Madison Maavere will discuss how different equestrian operations can create and implement healthy feeding practices and shape nutrition programs for different classes of horses and ponies. Madison graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Equine Science & Management and has worked extensively in barn management. She is currently CFC Farm & Home’s Equine Representative, where she works to fit clients’ horses with feed programs that optimize their health and performance. Hosted by Frying Pan Farm Park in Partnership with Loudoun Soil and Water Conservation District and the Northern Virginia Soil and Water Conservation District.
